Research project

Professor Yan has carried out empirical research on public sector performance management and organizational theories for nearly twenty years. He has presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 National Social Science Foundation project, and 2 sub-projects of Education Major Project. He has written more than 50 papers published in CSSCI and SSCI journals and won 4 provincial and ministerial level scientific research awards, providing a large number of scientific basis and policy recommendations for national ministries and local governments to make decisions.
