西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院副教授、博士生导师，亚欧研究中心研究员。

2013年毕业于瑞典哥德堡大学经济系，2014-2016年在北京大学国家发展研究院从事博士后研究工作。

生育与人口政策、公共政策评估、农村发展、环境资源管理等

l 科研成果

先后主持由国家社科基金、国家自科基金、瑞典海外发展合作署(SIDA)、中国博士后基金以及省部级等资助的科研项目10余项，作为主要参与人参与十余项国内外合作研究项目

国家社会科学基金：基于育龄女性需求偏好的生育支持社会政策研究(20BRK044)，经费20万元，2020年获批
